Goods confirmations are not replicating in R/3 backend

Hi

I have a serious issue related to GR. Ours is extended classic scenario,

Confirmations against a service PO (GR), which user made in SRM browser is not replicating to SAP R/3. It is happening not for all confirmations, confirmations which were made till December 2007, are replicating in backend (SAP).

All the confirmations which were made from January 08 all are not replicating in r/3.

Can any one suggest me why it is happening.

Hi Krish,

Just check whether the IDOC which posts the confirmation in the backend is getting failed or not.

Check the error logs in SLG1 and also have a good look at RZ20 Application monitors to get a clear picture about the issue.

If the IDOC is getting failed. Check in the back end the reason for failure using WE02 or WE05 transaction.

You can test the IDOC using WE19 txn.

Based on the above information you can pinpoint the issue that is causing this problem and can rectify.
