Can we Change Text / value before print in SAP-Script ??????????

Hi Experts .

With due regards to all .

How we can use t-code SO10 for a SAP-Script ?

Is it possible to that we can change text and variables in SAP-Script before printing ???

For Ex : Employee's Name come from table his salary and other components we could change

in Script before printing , and some text details about employee can we change it before print ???

Plz help me out , It is Urgent plz .
