Hi all,

I read that SAP support SAP Netweaver installation on Windows 64bits or Linux with VMware ESX 3.0.

It's also possible to use Solaris 10 with VMware.

Do you know if SAP support SAP netweaver installation on Solaris 10 and VMware ESX ?

Hi,

I believe SAP (so far) only supports SAP on VMWare for Windows and Linux (we're currently running both.)

I don't think there's any support from SAP for Solaris/VMWare, at least for now.

What you can is - install Solaris on the host itself and use Solaris zones to virtualize - works like a charm.
