Dear All,

case 1> System is working fine..but no new user is able to login.may be all dialog WP are running...

Is it okay if i goto command prompt and see in DPMON and kill any one dialog process,?

Will it solve my problem or there is any other solution?

I'm not able to login into the system, i have OS level access.

Suggestions welcome,

case 2> One user is not able to login through SAP GUI..

I checked his n/w connecton that's working fine..No n/w problem.

Log on properties in SAP Gui are also fine.

What may be other problems?

Thx in Advance...

Yes, it is OK, try and see what happens... but chances are that another user will pick that dialog process before you have time to login.

in DPMON, so yoursee all WP being used by the same user? Is it SAPSYS?

kill processes at OS level, take process number from dpmon.

this is not a fix. you will need to find out why SAPSYS is taking so many WP.
