SLD Access set to true, but not available

I get this error in the log when I try to send a Matmas IDOC from an R/3 Server to MDM server.

The MDM server is configured as a receiver on XI with type File port

Once XI receives the IDOC it uses FTP to transfer the file to MDM server.

This setup was working correctly till couple of days back.

This error started appearing suddenly.

All other system which are R/3 are able to send and receive messages via XI. We have no issues.

Only the MDM server is unable to receive file. The error is in the subject.

I have tried recreating the channel.

In the Adapter monitoring I can see the configured channels have a green icon next to them.

The error seems related to pipeline stuff.

1.Check whether your XIAFUSER is locked ?

2.Check the passwords for this user in exchange profile -> Adapter Framework.

3.Go to visual admin -> cluser -> Server -> Services -> SAP XI AF CPACache, check the passwords and restart the service.
