reg split delivery with single invoice

myquestion is ,one sale order,two split deliveries and both the deliveries should be posted in single invoice .

we can create a single for multiple orders and or deliveries as long as the bill to party , payment terms and billing date is same.

Please ensure that you should have only one

1) Division

2) Distribution Channel

3) Department

4) Recieving Point

5) Payer

6) Terms of Payemnt

7) Incoterms

All of this data that you enter should be the same if any of this data varies then your invoice will be split and you will have two or more invoices.

If you wish to have only one invoice make sure that the data is the same for all of the above mentioned points....

Dear Vijay

Since you have created two deliveries from one sale order, you have to ensure the following are unique in both the deliveries.

1) Payment Terms and Inco Terms (Normally this will be fetched from sale order but if it differs in delivery, then there will be invoice split)

2) Shipping Conditions

3) "Actual GI Date" in both the deliveries are same
