create a new message for a SD-BOM

Hi,

I would like to create a new message “045” in the Liste (SPRO- Prod -basic data- bill of material-general data- change message type).

How can I do to create the message nr 45 (Enter change number-BOM has history requirement)

Hi Dede,

Please refer the following SAP Notes, which clearly addresses your issue..

Note 35100 - Changing BOMs with hist. requirement w/o change no.

Note 420878 - BOM change without change number possible (W 29 045)
