Output On change

Hiya

Firstly - I want to know if i can activate an output on Change and not on Create.

Secondly - I want the output to be created at a specific time of the date and it should have the data updated till then.

For example i create an order before 5'oclock. Save it during the day and before end of day change it; before 7'oclock. and want the output as per the current status of the document.

Any suggestion ???
