How and where to create Data Services?

Hi all,

In some places in the VC Reference Guide documentation I found that we can import various data services into our model through Search task panel. I actually dont know where to create the data services. Can we create the data services using Visual Composer? If yes, can anybody help me with some example?

You can use several data services you could use:

1. RFCs/BAPIs from a SAP system

2. Web Services

3. Services from the Services Registry

4. Visual Composer service component

Which one would you like to consume?

Hi,

I am new to VC. I am using SAP Netweaver Visual Composer, Client version 700.14.0.1.

When i test a Data Service "BAPI_BANK_GETDETAIL" using the following values:

Bankcountry: US

Bankkey: 12345678 or 021000089

It doesn't retrieve values. it says

ERRORBF00:

Bank US 12345678 doesn't exist.

Please help me!

Hi Sabtosh,

Although it is not directly answer your questions, it does invlove the creation of modeled service components using the Service Component wizard in Visual Composer.
