Error during message creation

Dear Fr,

I can create messages from satellite systems But when i am creating from help->support message option

unable to do so and getting follwng error message

Error in local system,message XXXXXXX not complete

Please help me in resolving this.........Will reward for useful posts

1. Is the rfc destination which ist configured in BCOS_CUST in sm59

working to the SolutionManger without any manual PW entry in the logon-test ?

2. do the user which is configured oin this connection have the rights to create messages?

Entry is existing as earlier i was able to do so.

I checked again it is perfectly right.

The configuration in table BCOS_CUST is not done at client side
