Error in the Sourcing cockpit

Hi All

We are using the Extended Classic Scneario and using SRM 5.0.

Sometimes, the Shopping Cart is sourced through Sourcing cockpit and the PO is suitable created that is transferred to R/3. But even when the Po has been created and transferred to the backend system, the SC still appears in the sourcing cockpit.

Can someone suggets me how to overcome this error.

This error is caused due to BBP_GET_STATUS_2 program error unable to delete

Please check the notes and implement the correction instructions.

1) 1084987 - Synchronizing documents and status between ERP and SRM.

2) 0001072266 BBP_GET_STATUS_2: Item is not removed from Sourcing Cockpit

3) 0001107688 SOCO: Submit to Grouping fails

4) 0001123548 BBP_GET_STATUS_2: Purchase order goes to SoCo

5) 0001130842 BBP_GET_STATUS_2: shopping cart sent back to SOCO

Hi Manoj,

Check for the Programmes CLEAN_REQREQ_UP & BBP_GET_STATUS_2 whether these programmes have been successfully scheduled as back ground jobs or not.

Please schedule these programmes in the background and schedule them for every 2 - 5 mins depending on your requirement.

First check whether status gets updated by running the programmes manually using SA38 txn.

In case evrything is scheduled fine then check for some SAP OSS note that will resolve this issue.
