Hi all,
How can I open SAPGUI from a webdynpro application without using transaction iViews?
Aviad
You would somhow need an url to the ITS.
You can retrive it from an transaction iView if you want.
Look here for how you figure out the ITS url:
/message/3797769#3797769 [original link is broken]
I would however still want to use a transaction iView, because it would be much easier to change system and transaction settings from an iview rather then rebuilding your webdynpro.

Hi.
Try creating a SapGUI shortcut file.

Hi.
I don't think you can do that with SAP Shortcuts, but I'm not sure.
Try asking the question in Expert Forums » Application Server » SAP GUI .
However I think it's possible to do that from a Transaction iView.
You can also script the sap gui with Visual Basic. Look for SAPGui Automation, or read this document: http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/Print46c/en/data/pdf/BCFESDE9/BCFESDE9.pdf
