Hi.

ESS/MSS development could be changing the standard webdynpros.

You would need to import the ESS/MSS packages into a NWDI in order to access the sourcecode from NWDS.

Either you do changes to standard webdynpros directly. You would then need to track your changes an redo them whenever you upgrade.

An other technique is to add your custom functionality at runtime using portal and FPM functionality.

The third option is just to use standard or custom functionmodules and create webdynpros from scratch.

Have a look at the standard webdynpros to find out what functionmodules they are using.
