Hello!

I'm using a vmare for mac.

After use unrar will show you files like this:

Sles10sp1_test_drive-s001.vmdk.

Will show you 6 files.

You must have the vmware instaled and open sles10sp1Single.vmx

After you will see the logon screen.

Hi

You can install a lower bit software on a higher bit hardware but not vice versa.

you can get openSUSE 32 bit software free from the internet.

Then install the 32 bit version of Netweaver.

Cheers !!!

Dear Rajasekhar,

this error simply comes, because the architecture of your computer is not the same as the one from the test drive. As I'm not sure, which architecture the N4S test drive uses, we simply have one of the following situations here. Either

your machine is x86_64 and the N4S is i386 or

your machine is i386 and the N4S is x86_64.

Please check!

Thanks,

Hannes

Thanks for your reply Hannes,

I am not sure where to find this architecture. Can you please guide me how to get this information.

Thanks

My Linux version is openSUSE-10.3-GM-DVD-i386

You can check your architecture by running the following OS command:

uname -i

But you already found out that your machine is i386, but I suppose the N4S testdrive is x86_64.

Thanks,

Hannes

Hi Hannes,

I executed uname -i

I got i386

So the x86_64 version won´t run on that. 32bit (as you have) platforms are deprecated.

If your processor supports it you can install the X86_64 version of SuSE.
