Regarding Authorization.

Dear SAP GURU'S

The scenerio as follows ,

There are two Users .

Consultants :

SDSUDER :

In my client company.

I have assigned the sales transaction to the sdusers.

Such as Va0,va02,vl01n,vl02n

and vf01,vf02

But while posting goods issue the users there is the follwoing error.

" you have no authorization for the transaction with movement type 601"

Please tell me what transaction code to be assigned to the user.

Dear Amlan

Login SDUSER, go to VL01N and press "Post Goods Issue". Now the error "you have no authorization for the transaction with movement type 601" will come.

Now without coming out of the screen, type TCode /nSU53 so that the system will take you to a screen wherein some objects will be displayed. Now select "System" on top header and "List" and "Send".

Enter the mail id of your basis team in the tab "Recipient" and press "Shift+F8". Check with your basis team whether the authorisation request has reached.

hi amlan,

The user can only PGI an outbound delivery if they have authorisation object M_MSEG_BMB with activity 01 Create and movement type 601.

please consult your basis team, so that they provide the required authorizations. But do take a screen shot of this error in SU53 and send it to the basis.

Please ask your users to take a screen shot of su53 and forward to the basis team.

So that they can assign necessary authorisation object.
