Customer extending

While extending the customer to the anather sales area it is giving message sales area is not defined for the customer.

Please let me know the path for this.

Dear Madhu,

Go to VOR1 and VOR2 transaction configur the common divisions and common distribution channels for that sales organisation, you problem will get solved.
