link between inspection lot and serial numbers

Hi all!

What is the link between inspection lot and serial numbers ?i.e. how can we get the serial numbers from an inspection lot.

And please give the database table names if possible.

Hi,

If all the prerequisites for the serial number management have been met then you can see the serial numbers for the inspection lot in the following menu.

Goto QA02 and enter the inspection lot. Goto the menu Goto->Serial numbers.

You can get the serial numbers in QE02 as well.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi,

When you record inspection results for a unit to be inspected, for which the maintenance of serial numbers is specified in the material master, you must use the predefined serial numbers.

Please check with following tables

QAES ,QASE & field SERIALNR

Hi Pradeep!

QAES doesn't have any records,

QASE is showing all records for individual serial no. for some inspection lots and only one record for some inspection lots.Why? I need all serial no.s in a lot.

And SERIALNR table doesn't exist.
