Hi All,

I came to know that MDM4J will not be supported after MDM 5 SP5. I have an applicaiton developed using MDM4J API? would this application break if we upgrade our MDM to SP06?

any input is appreciated.

Thank You

Hi,

As per my knowledge, I think you can do this but according to new version of MDM, you upgrade your JAVA API file with new one which avialable on service market place.

related to your question, just refer my answer in this thread:

I think you will get the better idea.In new Java API, SAP did not replace the old Java API, they have added some new jar file with old one with additional functionalities.

I hope this will help you.

Hi RKR,

I dont think your application will break for due to this reason.

you can also upgrade your MDM4J application to new MDM Java Apis. just install all packages and read installation guides from Service Market Place.
