Determining check number in RFFOUS_C with prenum sapscript

Greetings!

We are using customized version of F110_PRENUM_CHCK and we want to access actual check number to print on form as verification. Problem occurs when single check goes to multiple pages; REGUD-CHECT does not seem to update reliably in multi-page output. Example: a 3-page followed by a 1 page yields 10605 (correct), 10605 (wrong), 10606 (wrong), 10608 (correct). As check prints on last page in multi-page, prenum check 10607 says 10606; single-page check 10608 is correct.

I have tried lookup in PAYR using ZBUKR, VBLNR and GJAHR, but record appears to have not been stored yet.

1. Is there a reliable way of getting current prenum check # ?

2. Is there a way to determine (in advance) in a multiple-page output what the actual number will be when the check is printed on the last page ? We would like to print the number of the actual check on all related pages, if possible.

Thanks,

Bruce

The print program is RFFOUS_C, see if the checkbox "Do not Void any Checks" is off or on.

This setting has influence on the check numbers being consumed for multi-page check printing.

Is it multiple pages due to a long remittance advice (item list)?

Yes, the multiple pages is due to a long remittance (item) list; the checkbox is not checked.
