Hi Rakhi
Core users are typically part of the implementation team. Any SAP implementation involves teams from customer (core team) and consulting partner (consultants). The core team is involved in various implementation activities:
- explains the business processes to consultants,
- get trained in SAP application,
- participates in configuration, testing etc activities
- may carry out end user training etc
- First level support, if required
In many implementations, core team members may become as good as consultants by the end of implementation.
End users are actual users who use the system. They get trained to use the SAP application for their daily transactions.
Best regards

Hi Rakhi
Power user is somewhere between Core user and End user. In large org with multiple locations, we might have few power users in each locations to caryy out:
- End user trg at their location
- 1st level support to answer end user queries
Sometime, they are also used to do testing for their location's processes.
