Hello we are running ITS 6.20 in order to access SRM 3.0 with an X.509 client certificate. We are using SAPNTAUTH service that redirect the certificate data to the BBPSTART service (SAP Passport)

ITS was installed with patch level 13 and we have upgraded it to patch level 19 with the hot fix.

The problem now is when the user is going to access SRM with a client certificate. The request for a client certificate appears, then the user use his personal certificates as an authentication and it is sent to the the SAPNTAUTH service. This service redirect the data to the BBPSTART service and then the error NO_CHECK_FOR_THIS_USER appears.

We have a dual host installation and we have upgraded both Wgate and Agate to patch level 19 with the hot fix.

Hi,

did you created a OSS message? Best would be on BC-FES-ITS or BC-SEC.

You should attach the trace files from AGate_sapbasis.trc and agate_sapextauth. (which is SAPNTAUTH service) so that we can search for failures.
