UPDATE DDIC USING ADOBE FORM

Hi ALL,

I am new in adobe forms , i have a problem that i want to show some require fields related to vendor master data on adobe forms then i send it to vendor who fill the adobe forms and send it back then i want update DDIC as per the adobe forms .

yes my exact requierment is we want make vendor creation form in which vendor put the vendor master data and after reciving it we update vendor master data in database.so plz tell me what can i do from starting.
