QM<> LIMS integration

Hello ,

This is regarding the SAP-QM and LIMS integration, I need to know some steps in the integration as:

1) How the two systems SAP and non-SAP will communicate in terms of tranferring the data ? would appreciate if the detail model provided.

2) How to set up the RFC destination as TCP/IP for the QM IDI.

3) Where to wirte the RFC program ?

4) There are some function modules (FM) which will be called by RFC program. Here in FM, what should be the input parameters for the execution of FM and where i.e. in which table /structure the output of this FM will be stored so as to create teh wroklist ?
