language problem when installing patch 4 on GUI 7.10

The Danish Defence run a 6.40 GUI and want to upgrade it to 7.10 patch level 4.
But when installing gui 7.10 the language is not a problem, I can select Danish buth when installing the patch 4, the language selection option incresses to only GB.
Why is this do you have a workaround or solution?
Do any of you know if the problem is solved in the patch 5?

Hi,
we had the same problem up to SAP GUI 7.10 PL3.
Now we're using SAP GUI 7.10 PL5.
After removing the old installation and running a complete local installation with PL5 the problem was solved.
