Hi friends,

I have few sale orders which are blocked for further processing. If I go to VKM3 and give that sale order numbers, the customer details are missing for some orders and for some they are coming. customer details means like CCAr, Customer code, Name 1, city etc.

Can anyone tell me any reason for this.

check that particular documents which are blocked for credit processing or not, i think ur inputting wrong document in VKM3 thats why this error will comes.check one time credit limit for the customer in the document ur processing.

It would come only once and all the entries below it would have same details, hence it is not repeated.
