My suggesstion would be to recreate the Long and Short text and that should work. Only one Alert should be generated.

Check seeing the Syntax in the Short and Long text and check Suppress in the Alert Rule.

Regards.

Hi,

Have u used the &SXMS_FROM_INTERFACE& in ur alert catagory error long text as this holds the interface name.

Can you also please let me know the exact long text u have used in aler configuration.

Thnx

Hi chirag,

we have used that &SXMS_FROM_INTERFACE& its ABAP type is SXI_FROM_ACTION as it is a standard one...

Thanks

Raghu.
