Can anyone pls tell me how to decide which Standard Form to be used for Purchase orders and Material document related scripts.
Could you please let me know which forms I have to use for the above.

Try ZMEDRUCK for Purchase Order .. and search the driver program with name APFM06P

use tcode NACE or table TANPR.

GOTO Tcode NACE, there with relation to the output type you can find the script attach.
