Sales Order Printing

Dear Friends,

After we creating a sales order Ex : Sales order number is 8000

how to take a print out of it for confirmation, please suggest some transaction codes so that i can take print out of the order

Once you created sale order, select "Extras" on top followed by Output --> Header --> Edit. Here first you have to assign an output to your sale order and save.

Now go to VA02, give the sale order number and select "Sales Document" on top left and "Issue Output to". Now you can take print out of orders.

goto the print preview button, press, now u can see the print preview.

Over the top in menu bar, there is a column called text, then print,

Now u can get the print of the sales order, provided ur system should be properly connected and configured with printer (output device).
