After approval of PO, PO WF do not react

Hi experts,

We face problem with approving PO. Only in some cases (in case of some PO, not all), when approver approves PO, WF for PO do not react at all. There is a pop up information that PO is approved but when we return to inbox, we still see PO for approval, so generally we perform some action, but somehow system does not make WF to go on.

Any ideas?

I get some issue with 14-75 and 14-76 WF.

Do you have any log in RZ20 ?

Thanks for advice. I check it and there are no entries in sm58 and sm13 when I approve this PO. Despite approval, item is still in inbox... It's like communication between screen and WF was disrupted...

Hello,

If your PO is still on approval, check with SM58 if there is any pending task for wf-batch.

If the PO is in status approved, check update task in SM13 or an error may occur if the PO in the backend is locked (ECS).
