IDOCs using the ISO code of a unit instead of the unit itself.

e.g. if your unit is KG, then the IDOC would have KGM which is the ISO code to KG unit.

You have probably no unit in your IDOC.

Hi jurgen,

Thanks for your reply.

I checked in The PO and IDOC . KG is the unit there both in PO as well as in IDOC.

In IDOC , its under data records.

Thanks

As I said, it should be KGM in the idoc.

Go into CUNI and check detail of KG unit. There should be KGM as ISO code assigned.

Hi Jurgen,

I already checked in CUNI and found that KGM is been assigned as Primary ISO Code for KG.

What could be the reqason that it is not been picked in IDOC?

Thanks for your reply.

Hi,

Check for this UOM KGM in CUNI at Application Parameters tab will the commercial Measure unit checkbox is on or not.

If it is not checked system will not consider this for any commercial purpose.

Just checked that your problem will be solved.
