Hi Praveen,
if your organization would like to utilize SAP Procurement for Public Sector (PPS) please post your questions under Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
SAP Procurement for Public Sector is a rather new solution targeted to cover the entirety of procurement processes occurring at public sector organizations, from requirement definition via tendering process, to award and post-award processes, and close-out. Compliance with procurement regulation is built-in by design. While the first release based on SRM 5.0 had a strong focus on automating rather simple procurements, the upcoming second release based on SRM 7.0 broadend the view to comprise highly complex procurements with line item hierarchies, Pricing Arrangements including incentive pricing, combinations of PO-type and contract-like line items in one document, services and material procurement in one document, or optional line items throughout the procurement lifecycle. Enhanced tendering functions with Bidder Pre-Qualification, Earnest Money Deposit, Two-Envelope Bidding, Simultaneous Login at Bid Opening, messaging to government websites like e.g. FedBizOpps or US Federal, or OJEU for EU, are supported.
This solution is tightly integrated with SAP Document Builder and with SAP Records- and Case Management.
My colleagues in solution management and I will try to answer all questions you might have.
Best regards,
Andreas

Hi Friends,
I have a situation in which the tendering procedure has to be implemented and follow the two way bid cover in order to generate the Final PO once the tender is awarded with lowest bidder.
Can you please help to get the process flow or steps execution under SRM 7.0 configuration.
Regards,
Lalit
