My question is very beginners and basic.
At times when I check out the OSS notes, there are at times also some attachments also with those notes. The attachments need to be installed in order to rectify the respective bug fix. My question is, as a functional consultant's point of view , how does one install the 'patches' on the system ? do the functional people need to do this or is it the work of the BASIS people here?
If it's the functional people(say for example ,I see an attachment with a 'billing due' issue note- bug fix) , then can anyone in simple terms ,exaplain/laydown ,how to install those attachments from the notes ?
