I have created a form and sent it to production and if i need to get my form back, how can i do it?

From SE38 Execute Program: RSTXSCRP
Give Object name as your SAP Script name and give EXPORT in Mode.
It will ask you to save the file.
While Uploading use same and Change mode as IMPORT.
