Refreshed the cache in Java Webstart

Unable to download the jar files while opening IR.

Problem is only with IR, as I Could able to Open ID.

Do the below things also

Did you try to clear the folder in the Java WebStart --> File --> Preferences --> Advanced --> Clear Folder

Manually you can delete the folders in the directory

C:Documents and Settings<userid>Application DataSunJavaDeploymentjavawscachehttpD<xi host>

and

C:Documents and Settings<userid>Application DataSunJavaDeploymentjavawscachemuffinshttpD<xi host>

What version of JDK are you using?

Try using JDK 1.4.2.
