Hi,
Is integration scenario using XI comprising of Lotus smart suit adapter or lotus notes possible ?
And How ?
Experts Kindly through some light on the same.
Regards,
Deepak
Hi Deepak,
If you are looking at integrating with a Lotus Notes database , one way could be to use the Lotus Domino JDBC drivers. You can deploy them on to the XI server , and then configure the JDBC adapter to connect, but then its just an idea , ve not tried it. Another way could be to use the Java APIs provided for Notes DB connectivity.
cheers

Hi Deepak,
you can also use SOAP web services. Simply create a LotusScript Agent in a NSF and include a SOAP parser.
Then, create a WDSL describing your agents capabilities (SOAP methods, input/output parameters) and use this WSDL in SAP XI.
Include usermapping or SAP Logon ticket for authentication. In case of SAP logon ticket you need to install the SAP Ticketverifier for Lotus Domino on the Domino server.
Pls. contact me so that I can send you a sample.

Michael
