Shopping cart not to find in the portal once the confirmation is posted

Hi SRM Experts,

We are doing Self Service Procurement and here we are facing an error after creating the confirmation for the purchase order. We create a shopping cart in the srm system and PR gets created in the backend(r/3). With respect to this PR we create a PO in the backend(r/3). We could see this purchase order in the srm system where we create confirmation against it. But once we create the confirmation, the shopping cart disappears from the portal. In the history tab of the confirmation, shopping cart is not listed. Also if you search for the particular shopping cart in potal, it will not be listed. But if we search for the same shopping cart in 'bbp_pd" transaction the shopping cart gets listed.

We are in SRM50 SP11.

Can anybody show some ligh on this issue.

Hi Raj,

In reference to your query i can infer that you are working on Classic scenario.

You mentioned that you could see the purchase order in SRM system. If you are in classic scenario and are creating P.O in R/3 you could only see the status of P.O in SRM and not the P.O.

Neverthless you can see the shopping cart in " Check status" by checking the "Including completed shopping carts" check box.

If that check box is not ticked you can not see the shopping cart status.

Hi Teja,

Ya we could see the shopping cart once the check box is selected. But still one query exists. The shopping cart number is not to be seen in the history tab of the confirmation or the invoice created. The history tab shows only from the purchase order. Is this also as expected. We feel that the shopping cart details also should be shown in the history tab. kindly advice.

Ram,

Please go to Extended Search and check the 'Completed Shopping Carts' check box and search, you can see all the shopping carts which are fully confirmed and billed too.
