UD for partial lot in QM

Dear QM masters,

We are having Partial lot for inprocess inspection lot. Can we have UD for each partial lot generated with Inspection Point? And if yes then how it can be done, what settings are required for this?

Hi,

To inspect partial lots, you must assign inspection characteristics to your operations in the master recipe or process order. You must then link the master inspection characteristics to general characteristics that you used to classify your material.

If your material is to be handled in batches, you can assign individual batch numbers to the partial lots when you record results in QM.

Hi devang,

yes, we will do the Usage decision for partial lots through Results recording in QE51N.

Go to Environment in the header -
