flat file to be sent in email

Hi all,

I have a requirement where I need to send a message from XI as a flat/text file but in email. AFAIK, in the Mail receiver channel, we can send only XML files (email body or attachment), right ? And if I use File receiver channel, then it will not go as email.

Any ideas whether this is possible ?

I think No. Have a look at the usage of adapter module MessageTransformBean.
