It takes 3 minutes for one user to log in on any PC, why?

Hi, all:

One user complained that it takes her several minutes to just log into SAP. She tried on several PCs from different subnet and all had the same issue.

Other users in the same facility do not have this problem.

We are at ECC 6.0, Oracle 10g on Win 2K3.

Anyone has a clue? Thanks.

Hi,

the root cause could be different.

If it is only for this colleague that it takes too long, may be related to concrete customizations that are applied for this colleague and deep investigation is needed.

If it is for all colleagues, then the network environment could be slow, the SAP servers could be installed on insufficient hardware or slow CPUs and so on...

Hi,

Check how big is the user manu. This might be causing delay in loading the screen.

Try change User menu to SAP menu.
