I have a client ETL tool (Informatica) that connects to an SAP ALE service and consumes outbound IDocs, with the following standard saprfc.ini connectivity config parameters:
PROGID=[sm59 Log Dest program id]
GWHOST=[hostname address]
GWSERV=sapgw00
Is it possible to split/distribute the IDoc dispatch output from a single RFC Destination across multiple Gateway Hosts/Services?
My goal is to create separate a IDoc Listener processes for each separate gwhost/gwserv connection (if possible) - to effect a multi-threaded IDoc dispatch, from SAP to my consumer system.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
ok thanks, I'll give that a shot. I had typed in IDoc and ALE to try to locate the appropriate forum, and I saw alot of hits under Exchange Infrastructure - but I'll give the ABAP forum a shot also...
