Hi all,
I want to configure sending of email to the user whenever the status of message changes in solution manager service desk,like when a message changes from new to in process and then whenevr it is confirmed.
Can u please help.

Hi Praveen,
sending email automatically, when a certain condition is changed, can be triggered by actions within the Solution Manager system. Please read note no. 691303 describing, how an action should look like for SLF1 transaction type messages. As the standard transaction type from version 3.2 is SLFN, the action must be changed in some points and also the status should be customized according to the needed specification. For each change you will have to set up one different action.
If you need, I can send you some screenshots with the changes for SLFN by mail.
