Maintenance Optimizer, approval step of download basket

Hello!

Im trying to download an update for our portal from the SAP web site, using download manager. But i can't get the file in download because this one has to be approve. I ve seen that this is done in Solution manager, but i can't find how to do it.Does someone know the step to solve this probleme?

First you have to create the SOLUTION on the SOLMAN (enter machine name, IP address, SID, product version,etc) in SMSY.

After that, you should enter on the solution and in the Operations Menu choose "Change Management" --> "Support Package Stack"

Then you will have to follow the steps for choosing a STACK or only individual SP , and after that you will be able to confirm the SP to be downloaded from Download Manager.

Have you setup maintenance optimizer?

The first Pre-requisite to setup maintenance optimizer is

SOLMAN to be

SP10
