Dear experts ,

In t-code PFAC rule no 13200137 CRM_dno_1, i am trying to configure automatic determinaiton of Message Module wise .had change some container settings .After that getting this error

"Element longer than 120 characters. Not supported in responsibility."

tried to restore same setting but no use.

i am able to send message from satellite system but DSWP it showing STATUS : inprocess while trying to change the status giving following error

"Document is being distributed - changes are not possible"

Status option has also changed

inprocess,released,customer action ,completed...

Hi,

for solving issue, please follow the description from note no. 692833, where you can read:

If you want to avoid in future that documents are distributed, please deactivate the BADI Implementation CRM_BUS20001_UPLOAD in transaction SE19. Be aware that after changing no BDOC for distribution (e.g. to R/3) are created. Delete afterwards please all unprocessed BDoc´s by using the transaction SMW01

Deactivate in table CRM_JEST the distribution status of the affected documents manually. These documents have the actual status "I1054 (To be distributed)". Afterwards it should be possible to process the documents.

Dear All ,

i am still getting the same error

"Element longer than 120 characters. Not supported in responsibility"

message from satellite system is acting like sales order not service messages

pls help!!!!!!
