service Desk Element longer than !!!!

Dear experts ,

In t-code PFAC rule no 13200137 CRM_dno_1, i am trying to configure automatic determinaiton of Message Module wise .had change some container settings .After that getting this error

"Element longer than 120 characters. Not supported in responsibility."

tried to restore same setting but no use.

i am able to send message from satellite system but DSWP it showing STATUS : inprocess while trying to change the status giving following error

"Document is being distributed - changes are not possible"

Status option has also changed

inprocess,released,customer action ,completed...

Hi,

This problem occurs when you define new USER statuses without any Transaction Control parameters.

To solve: call transaction "CRMBS02" -> select the status profile and DOUBLECLICK on each new status and ensure that there are transaction control parameters.

Hint: Check original statuses for an indication of what could be entered.
