Alert not coming into alert inbox

Hi All,

I have configured alert such that wherever error occurs either Intergration engine or adapter engine, alert message should come into alert inbox. I tested one scenario in that error is coming in mapping part but alert message not coming in alert inbox.. How to solve this issue and I saw lot of threads but i didnt get any solution. I am using PI7.0 servcie pack is 11.

Kindly suggest some solution for this

Hi Babu,

Go to ALRTCATDEF transaction select ur alert catagory and go to fixed receipient tab and check whether the person name is mentioned or not.

Also go to SU01 transaction and check the email address is mentioned for that user or not.
