Hi,
My query is like
I have Installed NW2004SR1 ABAP-CI and on that ABAP DB
and it went fine and I installed ABAP ADDIN for JAVA
and it went fine and finally when I am installing PORTAL
at one point of time it asks of Administrator Password
and here I it is throwing error i have given the password which I have given in ABAP ADDIN for JAVA but it is throwing error
and I come to know that there will be a default password
and also can u let me know with which User ID and Password I can process my Instllation

is it asking while sapinst is running?
then u need to give <SID>adm user id and passswd for that.
while installing abap-ciu would have given amaster passwd right, use that.

It should have asked you at some point in the install for this. If not, login to the ABAP instance and check user J2EE_ADMIN in SU01. If it's there, change the password to something you know and try again.

I think there is no default password. The better way to proceed that step, use j2ee_admin as an user and provide it's password.
