How to give inputs to abaper for the creation of new z-reports.

As a functional consultant,wat are the things we should be aware of

and wat are the important tables and fields we should know.

As a sd functional consultant . we should know table of Sales , Delivery , Billing, Parteners tables etc.

check the requirment for the report .

To develope a Zreport, functional consultants need to give some inputs for the d evelopment called functional specs.

To develope a new table,

we need to give

1) what are the table names come into picture

2) what are the Fields in those tables mentioned 7 in which order

3) What are input fields?

4) what are the expected output fields?

5) Also some explanation abt the business scenario abt this new development table.

After the development of the table, we need to test using the T.code SE16.

Hi,

Please give the Abbaber the Table Name in which the data for your reports are available and the field names which has to appear on the reports.The abbabers must be able to do the rest for the reports.However a close coordination is required

between the functional consultant and the abbabers for getting the report in the desired fashion.
