regarding unicode conversion

hi guys,

we are going for ECC6.0 Non-unicode to Unicode conversion.

below is the environment details

OSDB :Win/SQL2005 ECC6.0 NonUnicode->Unicode

Could you suggest me what are the steps to be taken to proceed further.

A Unicode migration is MUCH more than just a kernel exchange. You will need to do preparation in the source system (SPUMG and other things), export your system using R3load, delete the installed system and reinstall it using the export you created.

Get the for your support package level corresponding guide and follow it. And as the previous poster said already - it´s not something you will do without planning

i have doubt on versions.

ECC6.0 is called NW2004S or NW7.0?

I need to find document for unicode conversion direct from ECC6.0 non-unicode to ECC6.0 unicode with SQL database windows.

Can somebody tell me which document is very important for processing..

Please suggest me.
