If you have a copy of Solution Manager, as a customer/partner you should be able to obtain an ID to gain access to service marketplace. You can also search here for install docs.
And, while someone can send you the PDF install guide, you will continue to need follow up docs like notes and additional guides. So it's best you get the Service Marketplace ID now before embarking on this project.
