Unable to connect

Hi Guru's,

Here i am facing a major problem. if any body helps me its great. I am able to connect PI server. when i enter the SXMB_IFR it is giving an error as

UNABLE TO CONNECT.

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at XXXXXXXXX:50000.

what the things i have to check for this. please guide me in this issue.

I am working on PI7.0. Which components i have to check on the basis part. moreover i can't do any thing with out this has done.

Hey

can you try using Internet explorer instead of Firefox,it could be a network issue too.

Hi,

Are you using SSL? if so you should check the port for the Java stack.

you also can check your systems number lets say that it is 02 your http port should be 50200 instead of 50000.

1) In your system open Web Start and go to Preferences.>> In the General tab you will find 3 radio buttons for proxies. Select the ‘None’ option and try Tcode - SXMB_INF

2)Check the exchangeProfile, The following thread will help you

Hi Agasthuri,

i checked the settings of JAVA WEB START. there NONE was selected in proxies section . even i am able to connect to SXMB_IFR screen of demo servers.
